At Akazus Labs we take care of the data you share with us. This policy explains what data we process, why, and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with Peru's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 29733) and its regulations.
01Who is responsible
The data controller is Akazus Labs, based in Peru. For any question about your data, write to contact@akazus.com.
02What data we process
- Data you send us by email: your name, company, email, phone and whatever you tell us about your project. The step-by-step form on this site stores nothing: it only prepares an email in your own mail app and you decide whether to send it.
- Calls with Ari, our AI voice assistant: the microphone only turns on when you start the call and allow it in your browser. During the call we process your voice, its transcript and any details you choose to give us (for example your name, email or WhatsApp) to answer you and so our team can follow up. Calls and transcripts may be stored to review service quality and improve it. The demo landing pages for fictional businesses (/demos) use a simulated conversation that does not capture your voice.
- Technical data: to protect the site from abuse, the server temporarily uses your IP address to limit the number of requests to the agent. It is not used to identify you.
03Why we use it
- To answer your questions and prepare proposals.
- To manage our business relationship if you decide to work with us.
- To keep the site secure and working properly.
We do not sell or hand over your data to third parties, and we do not use it to send you advertising without your consent.
04Cookies and tracking
This site does not use cookies or third-party analytics or tracking tools. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so visiting it does not share your data with other companies.
05Who we share it with
Only with the providers we need to operate: website hosting, email, and the AI voice platform that processes calls with Ari (Dasha). Some may be located outside Peru; in that case we require them to offer an adequate level of protection.
06How long we keep it
For as long as needed to answer your request. If you become a client, for the duration of our relationship and any period required by law. After that we delete or anonymize it.
07Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection (ARCO), and withdraw your consent, by writing to contact@akazus.com with the subject "Personal data". We will reply within the legal deadlines.
If you believe we did not handle your request properly, you can file a complaint with Peru's National Authority for Personal Data Protection (Ministry of Justice and Human Rights).
08Minors
Our services are aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
09Changes to this policy
If we change how we process your data, we will update this page and the date above.
